WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The main responsibility is to act Program Technical Lead and be a member of our Common Firmware Program team. The team is responsible for managing our Common Firmware Platform and upgrading Axis product portfolio with new firmware. The Program Technical Lead role is focused on technical issues but also includes various other tasks and activities.
Program Technical Support
Assist the Program Team with analyzing problems in our products and other technical issues related to our Common Firmware releases
Participate in gradual roll-out of Axis Firmware
Analyze product related metric
Coordinate technical matters with other parts of Axis
Defect Management
Participate in program planning and software issue prioritization
Follow-up platform quality and release blockers
Change Management
Participate in following up integration of features, products and applications to our Common Firmware Platform
Be interface for Products Management regarding release note information
Continuous Improvement
Participate in our transformation to DevOps and other improvement activities
Order new/updated infrastructure and improvements
As Program Tech lead, you will work with bridging the technical gap between different domains.

Suitable background for the position:
Master's degree in engineering or similar
General software or product development knowledge
Experience from leading and coordinating activities and developers
Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Delivery and Integration
Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence

We are a team within Axis Research & Development organization, overall responsible for our Common Firmware Platform and upgrading Axis product portfolio with new software. We work close together with our firmware and product development to ensure that Axis products portfolio is up-to-date and meet our customers' requirements.
