The Role
We only recruit the world?s best talent, and with the volume we need to recruit, you will be a world-class technical recruiter. You need to speak not only Swedish and English but Technical too. You will be able to verbally ?joust? with our tech talent ranging from front to back end practices, in fact, if you were sat in a meeting or out socially it would be hard to tell you weren?t in a tech role.
Leading and executing global technical end to end talent process
You will own the process from strategic planning to onboarding and ensure the highest level of candidate and customer experience during the courtship process
Build key relations with stake holders, understand their needs and deliver commercial and creative sourcing plans to meet aggressive hiring needs
Coach, Support & Challenge Managers using your tech and recruitment expertise
Searching for the best talent in a competitive market place naturally includes quality & efficiency in screening high volume CV?s and scrutinizing and inspiring candidates during the courtship process. You will also be devising diverse and creative sourcing strategies that drive strategic goals, including a heavy involvement in our technical employer branding.
Devising and executing International searches for our multinational development centres
You will be a key contributor in shaping our practices to maintain King.com an employer of choice.

• Passionate about gaming
• Results orientated, highly driven and focused on making a difference where it counts
• You are focused on continuous improvement and driving change in a supersonic fast environment
• Minimum BA in Computer Science or similar academics
• Worked 2-3 years as an International technical recruiter with likely expertise in various front and back end language/processes e.g. Java, C++, Databases
• Very structured, and with a strong attention to detail / business admin
• Able to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication in both written and verbal and demonstrate how your relationships have helped you deliver greater results.
• Experience from Online or Technology companies
• Fluent in business English and it is an advantage if you know Swedish
It would also be a pure bonus if you have
Experience from working in IT technical roles; such as a Developer, Maintenance, Web etc.
Experience from working in a gaming company (not essential)
