hela Sverige Would you like to work in the front line with our customers, in an independent role where you have influence in shaping and driving the Tetra Pak Services business and being part of a Key Account Management team?
We are now searching for two Technical Key Account Managers and you can become one of them!
Within the North Europe Market, the Technical Key Account Management is responsible for driving profitable Tetra Pak Services growth by proactively selling value adding service solutions.
In addition, manage the customer relationship as a part of an integrated key account team.
As a Technical Key Account Manager your responsibility will be to manage customer relationship from a Tetra Pak Services perspective in Sweden/Denmark.
The base is in Lund Sweden and the role requires travel of approximately 50% of the time in southern part of Sweden and/or Denmark.
Main responsibilities
• Create, implement and follow-up service account plans and targets
• Identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
• Set and follow up Customer Operational Performance Objectives and KPIs
• Support resolution of customer's technical issues
• Define and implement Tetra Pak Services related action plans and drive regular operational meetings with the customer
• Follow-up the value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability of service solutions
Qualifications
We believe you possess a high level of autonomy with strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time and under pressure.
You have demonstrated excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills and have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all stakeholders.
You possess strong customer understanding based upon direct customer contact and customer relationship. It is essential that you have the ability to understand and convey the customer needs into business opportunities.
The successful candidate has a technical/ engineering education, preferably at university level or similar. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the Tetra Pak Services portfolio and experience working directly with customers. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers in Technical sales/business development positions. Furthermore, you have experience from working in a matrix organisation and process oriented company. It is considered a plus if you have experience from the food industry.
A very good command of Swedish or Danish and English, both written and oral is required.
A valid driver's license is a must.
