Husqvarna Group's Forest & Garden division is on an exciting digitalization journey, transforming how we create, manage, and deliver technical information to our global customers. Within Aftermarket, our Technical Information team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our products can be sold, supported, and safely used. We collaborate closely with R&D, Compliance, Product Management and external partners to make sure our manuals and customer-facing information meet legal requirements, support the user experience, and align with our vision of a fully digitalized information flow. As we now migrate into Teamcenter and evolve our CCMS setup, you will join a team that sits at the heart of shaping how Husqvarna manages and distributes technical content across platforms, markets, and product categories.
About the role
As a Technical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless digital delivery of Operator's Manuals and related customer publications across both new product development and ongoing product maintenance. You will act as the hub between R&D, Compliance, Product Management, and our external writing partner, gathering requirements, prioritizing activities, and driving publication workflows according to tight project timelines.
Your work will span across both day-to-day coordination and long-term digital transformation. A typical week varies greatly, from participating in R&D project meetings to understanding new product requirements, to planning content creation orders, validating deliverables, and safeguarding legal compliance. You will also work hands-on in Teamcenter and support the ongoing migration from older systems into the new digital setup.
A key part of this role is contributing to our ambition of moving beyond static PDFs toward a fully digitalized, reusable content experience. You will help shape how technical information supports an improved customer journey, from printed manuals in the box to structured, app-ready digital content.
About you
We believe you have:
• Engineering education or a minimum of 5 years of work experience within products and services, or a related field
• High proficiency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely
• Solid understanding of end-customer experience
Personal attributes that fit the role
Structured, detail-oriented, and organized - able to manage multiple parallel activities.
Communicative and comfortable navigating differing stakeholder needs.
Calm under pressure and able to handle deadlines that shift or accelerate.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.
Comfortable taking responsibility in the final step of the chain where precision and delivery directly impact product launches.

What we offer
You will join a committed and collaborative team at the center of Husqvarna's Technical Information landscape. You will have the opportunity to influence how we work with digital content, take part in major transformation initiatives such as Teamcenter and CCMS migration, and contribute directly to product launch success across the division. We offer a dynamic environment, supportive colleagues, and the possibility to grow your expertise at the intersection of engineering, language, and digitalization.
Location
The position is based in Huskvarna, Sweden.
We work in a hybrid setup (50% onsite) with Thursdays as our regular full-team onsite day.
