You are passionate about Information Security and want to help Alfa Laval manage its Information Security challenges and improve our Security posture. You have a strategic mindset with a broad knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and a structured way of working. You have eyes for details and can find the correct path in complex situations and problems. You possess a deep knowledge and passion for the Information Security area and the ability to transform this passion into practice. What you know
We believe you have broad technical knowledge within IT Infrastructure, and a deep knowledge and experience in the Information Security area and architecture. We believe you have at least 10 years IT experience preferably from an international company and at least 3-5 years' experience within Information Security. In addition, it's beneficial if you also have:
Skills in Network Infrastructure and IT operations
Skills in Application Development Security, VMWare, Windows Server and Windows Client security
Experience as team lead or project manager
CISSP or relevant Information Security certification
ITIL experience and certification
Excellent language skills in Swedish and English

About the jobInfrastructure Management operates and manages the IT infrastructure for Alfa Laval globally from Data Centers in Sweden, US and India. The role Technical Information Security Lead is a new position within Infrastructure Management. We are building a new part of Infrastructure Management called Information Security Operations, where all operational aspects of Information Security will reside. Information Security is a key to success for Alfa Laval. You will have close interfaces to other IT teams as well as the wider Global Information Security team who is responsible for Information Security for the entire Alfa Laval Group.As Technical Information Security Lead you will be responsible to develop and drive Information Security from a technical perspective.
You will
drive Technical Information Security requirements based on policies, regulations and strategies
develop best practice security architecture based on agreed roadmaps
ensure world class Information Security operations within Alfa Laval
ensure vulnerabilities, threats and risks are properly managed, documented and mitigated
recommend new or updated security solutions to improve our security posture based on risk assessments and benchmark reports
define, implement, monitor and communicate Technical Information Security KPI's
coordinate the Information Security related technical work and ensure that changes, such as patch management are properly managed
oversee Information Security-related administration in the global IT environment in accordance with the defined policies, standards and regulations
