Arbetsuppgifter
As Cendio's Technical In-house Sales, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing businesses and managing incoming leads for our product ThinLinc. Our product is based on a license model, and your focus will be on in-house sales for our standard product. This includes following up on our existing customers and their needs, ensuring that they renew their contracts, work with smooth additional selling and help potential customers to fulfill their purchase. You will also be following up on leads, contacts and incoming inquires both from new and current customers and retailers.

In addition to the work tasks mentioned above you will, as an important part of our sales function, be contributing with input on the customer's needs, the general feedback that is received and with improvement proposals on Cendio's supply and marketing. Along with your knowledge within our current businesses and leads you will be part of implementing and managing campaigns with your colleagues. You will as well be partly responsible for invoicing and contract management.

Depending on your background and interests you will to a certain degree have the freedom to shape the role towards your personal preferences. We are open for you to find new better systems or ways to work with in-house sales in a development by doing-kind of way.

Profil
To be able to meet the requirements of this position, we believe that you are a self-motivated and service minded person with a strong sense for business. As you will work directly with end-customers/retailers we believe that you have strong communicative skills, both orally and written, and have nuanced ways to express yourself depending on the customer and the sale situation. Our processes may sometimes be long, and therefore we think it is important that you are persistent and keep your focus. We also value flexibility and availability highly, and you do too.

To be successful in this position we also believe that you:
• Have prior experience of in-house sales
• Possess knowledge and experience of license management
• Have experience in CRM-systems
• Share our great interest in technology
