Job description
The Technical Implementation Specialist is an ambassador of Philips ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets. Responsible for building, deploying and/or integrating HPM hardware and software solutions, for both new and existing customers.
This role is a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertise. The main goal for Technical Implementation Specialist is to ensure successful implementations and positive customer experiences.

Build, install, configure, test, maintain and support Philips HPM hardware and software solutions
Responsibility for the whole Implementation process, from planning through installation, go-live and handover

Responsibilities
Building, deploying, and/or integrating HPM hardware and software solutions
Responsibility for the whole Implementation process, from planning through installation, go-live and handover to the support department.
Configuring and testing hardware at customer site and/or Philips Delivery Center
Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration and testing
Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
Customer oriented and quality first approach to installations and maintenance on HPM systems.
Mentor and train team members to share and expand on best practices, way of working. Elevate colleagues by sharing experiences
Provide technical contact to customers during the implementation phase and own the customer experience to ensure a successful delivery and installation.
Mentors and trains customers to maintain their systems
Follow good documentation practices in producing reports both for internal and external use
Maintains and supports in updating and tracking HPM install base
Following and meeting expectations on the Field Service Guidelines.
Drives continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback
Contributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects
Serves as the technical resource for implementing new releases at existing customer sites or implementing less complex systems at new customers.

Qualifications
Self-motivated, task-forced team player who is persistent in achieving the goals set
Highly professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems and ownership of own projects.
Excellent ability to understand the customers' requirements and work with Project team to find the best solution.
Strong ability to communicate with all levels of customers and liaise effectively with internal and external support functions.
Represents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations
Excellent understanding of all assigned Philips HPM products and services
Excellent written communication and documentations skills
Professional training delivery with superior soft-skills
Excellent computer, PC and internet skills
Actively collaborates, sharing knowledge and experience. Take a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience
Ability to work independently and coach others, recommending where others might need further development and training.
Has a important role in decision-making to provide the customer the right solution.
Logical problem solver able to work independently
Strong work ethic with proven dependability
Recognize new technologies and adapt to daily working, particularly stay on top of clinical application and operating environment of the relevant equipment
Understand the areas of empowerment and when to escalate through appropriate channels
Normally follows established procedures & processes on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
Take ownership and be accountable for own actions
