Who is your future team?
We are 14 talented and innovative electronic engineers in a team waiting for you. In our team we work close together, share our knowledge, and support each other. We are working cross functionally in projects to develop and deliver world class products!
What you'll do here as a Technical Engineer for sourced products:
If you are a person with huge technical interest and would like a mix between technique and coordination of activities this is the job for you. As a technical engineer working with sourced products, you will have an important role in evaluating and testing the products we source to Axis from other vendors. Typical sourced products are midspans and PoE-extenders but there are a wide range of other types of products as well.
You will work in a project team together with a project manager and colleagues from operations. You will be main responsible for the product and besides evaluation and testing of the product there will be a lot of coordination, communication and interactions with team members and suppliers.
Bringing in new products to be a part of AXIS portfolio is exciting as well as challenging. You will learn a lot about our current products, follow our processes to assess the new products, make sure of their compatibility and get them ready for the market. This introduces you to so many skilled colleagues and gets you in contact with a lot of other teams.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who makes things happen and takes initiatives. You are a great communicator and enjoy meeting new people. A problem solver. You have preferably some kind of technical background (BSc or MSc in an engineering discipline). Good written and spoken English is a must.
