We are looking for a new talented team member for the Parts Support team in Eskilstuna. As a person you should be open minded and enjoy working in a global environment with your colleague's and with our internal functions and also towards our regions
The function Global Parts Engineering and Information is responsible for delivering a spare part assortment and visualize the result in the catalog. The department Parts Support is covering support questions and requests from VCE dealers, regional parts tech support and internal functions. The support covers all VCE machines and all models.
A Technical Editor in Parts Support is responsible to give efficient and timely support to our regions and dealers when there is parts related questions in catalog system, Prosis. The responsibility also covers to capture customer and dealer feedback and initiate improvements. We constantly work with improving processes and output of our department and you will be a part of improving the department 's efficiency.
The Parts Support team is located in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

Qualifications
• Customer oriented and service minded
• Structured
• Fluent in English, speaking and in writing
• Technical interest and knowledge
• Read and interpret drawings and 3D models
• Reading structures and BOM lists in PDM systems
We see that you have a background within engineering or technical information. You are organized and used to work in a structured way. You are willing to take responsibility for your own development and deliverables.
Except excellent technical skills, your power of initiative should be high with an ability to plan and perform your work independently.
