For Cargotec Sweden AB in Bjuv, we are looking to employ, on a permanent basis, a person who will be responsible operation and maintenance manuals for Business Area; Bulk Handling Services
Bulk Handling Services (BHS) is responsible for operating a service and spare parts business for approximately 350 installations that have been delivered all over the world, and in recent years this has expanded significantly.
The position will be responsible for developing and managing the service manual process and for producing operation and maintenance manuals for new sale as well as updating documentation for the service department. You will work towards standardized manuals and instructions and keep close contact with project teams and other departments involved in the process. You will alsowork pro-actively with identification/configuration of spare parts in co-operation with the standardization department in order to boost spare part sales for future deliveries.
The position requires contacts with, PL & PLT and colleagues as well as on occasion participation in improvement projects within area of responsibility of the position or the department. Handle other tasks associated with the position.
We are looking for someone who has senior high school education preferably in Engineering and with experience from working with technical documentation for complex products.
The position requires you to have good social skills and an ability to make contact easily as well as ability to drive own work and to work as a part of a team. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
