Nolato MediTech is expanding and looking for an experienced Technical & Project Director for our growing organization.
Main responsibilities
As the Technical Director you are leading key resources in cross-functional customer projects from design to industrialized production. Additionally your team is a key partner to drive continuous improvements according to our awarded lean program, Medical Excellence. You are responsible for our project management organization and the engineering departments in Lomma and Hörby and the position is based in Hörby.
The projects include the coordination and management of various internal and external stakeholders such as quality assurance, design/construction, sourcing and production. In addition, you are leading our strategical technical development.You report directly to the managing director and will be a member of MediTech's management team.
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who is well experienced in driving technical projects in volume production. You need to have a profound knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management.
You are a good leader who can prioritize and run projects according to plan, easily collaborate both internally and with the client's various representatives and communicate with commercial- and technical terminology. You also have a business understanding, quality awareness and drive.
To succeed in the job, we believe that you have the following background:
Master degree or similar level in experience
High level of technical competence
Proven successful leadership managing technical teams.
Experience of managing product development and industrialization projects
Good knowledge of high volume production and automatization
You are fluent in Swedish and English.
It is meritorious if you are certified in project management, for example
PMI or similar.
It is an advantage to have insight and understanding of the medical device industryregarding regulatory requirements, GMP, etc.
It is also an advantage if you have experience of injection molding and polymermaterials.

You are great at motivating others and enjoy developing your co-workers so they feel empowerment. Though you have a lot of customer contact, we believe you are service minded, have a collaborative capability together with very good communication skills.
