hela Sverige As a Technical Designer TRACERcenter, you will be responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
• Responsible for preparation of site installation drawings of medical equipment in Autodesk AutoCAD. Drawings based on the technical requirements, workflow needs, local specifications and other provided documentation.
• Independent resolution of issues using established procedures. Consulting supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Communication with peers (other Designers and Modality Leaders) and customers (Project Managers of Installation) to ensure finding the right solution and resolving issues in a smooth and efficient way.
• Communication with customers globally.
• Administration and review of all necessary data along daily drawing production.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of TRACERcenter technology and principles by continuous attendance at various trainings to ensure actualization of knowledge regarding the technicalities and process.
• Ensure project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario. Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections.
• Use prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks and develop first site proposals considering the main aspects of GMP and radiation safety.
• Technical product support for the global team of sales specialists and project managers dedicated for TRACERcenter
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, building construction or equivalent
• Proven team player with excellent communication / presentation and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interface and collaborate with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
• Good influencing skills and demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and matrix environment and ability to make independent decisions to manage conflicting priorities while operating in an ever-changing task environment
• Strong analytical and process skills
• Fluent on English, additional language preferred
• Autodesk AutoCAD (or equivalent software) knowledge and experience - 2D.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems as well as ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
• Attention to detail.
• High level of flexibility and ability to travel at least 5%
Desired Characteristics
• MBA, Masters in related discipline
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document and plan small projects.
• Established project management skills.
• Proven track record in training others
• Knowledge in GMP and radiation safety guidelines related to PET Radiopharmacy facilities
