Do you think it would be fun to get the chance to take on the role of Technical Customer Support for WebPort at a successful and innovative software company in building automation? Kiona is currently looking for a new star for customer support. Do you enjoy challenging tasks in problem solving, customer support and driving product improvements?
In order to continue to maintain the high level of support that our partners and customers have become accustomed to while we grow, we now need someone who is passionate about helping with technical issues while improving working methods and products.
Would you like to work with WebPort, one of Sweden's most innovative prop tech solutions.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsibility for providing excellent customer support to all Kiona customers, focusing on Web Port customers. This will give you the opportunity to be part of an exciting journey and at the same time get an insight into how the building automation industry works. The daily work mainly consists of receiving incoming calls and emails and working with troubleshooting and problem solving. In addition, you will also provide professional service and support, give partners & customers feedback, and administer and handle cases you are responsible for. You will also work proactively to help your team increase the quality and efficiency of services.
Your background includes
We think you have a technical interest and have experience of working closely with customers, We are looking for you who have skills in problem solving, technical customer support. With this knowledge you also have proven experience of building relations & self drive.
You are
You are accommodating and professional in your approach. Furthermore, we believe that you are driven by delivering quality in everything you do. If you come across something you don't already know, you'll want to learn more about it as you are curious and result oriented.
Otherwise, we are looking for you who:
• has good at problem solving skills
• has a sense of good service
• has a self drive
• can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English
• Adopt easy and act in a flexible way to familiarize yourself with new ways of working and routines
It would be great if you:
• have industry experience
• have had professions with a lot of customer contact
• generally, have good computer skills
