MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

MultiMind is looking for a talented and technically skilled Customer Support Representative for one of our clients. Our client is an international provider of communications services. They operate one of the largest fiber networks in the world.

Overall responsibilities:

You will be working in the Customer Care Department which is the single point of contact for customers like operators, service providers, content providers and other large-scale users world-wide. The team owns and drives all issues to resolution while constantly communicating with customers. Customer Care is handling all customers' queries regarding Voice & Transmission related products like traditional Voice, VOIP, SDH, WDM and Ethernet services. The team is truly multi-cultural and consists of 25 persons from 17 countries. The work continues on shift 24/7/365: single shifts and on call duty will occur.

Key responsibilities:

• Take care of customer service requests (by telephone, e-mail, web interface and/or fax)
• Open case/ticket/task
• Perform in-depth level of troubleshooting in order to resolve as many tickets as possible in the first line without escalation to the second level support
• Handover to correct fault handling unit if the problem cannot be solved
• Keep the customer updated
• Take care of customer requests regarding sales, delivery, finance and billing
• Answer basic questions by finding information in the support systems
• Handover complicated questions to the correct team for resolution
• Help the customer getting in contact with the appropriate person for advanced sales questions

Requirements:

• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical knowledge, understanding and interest in Telecommunications/TCP/IP technology
• University degree in IT
• Knowledge of the Telecom elements and understandings of different network architecture and components
• Cisco/Juniper certification and/or understand of signaling (merit)

We are searching for a person who is naturally service minded and business oriented. You're a good team-player and have a great sense of responsibility. You should also have analytical capabilities and be used to handle several issues simultaneously.

This position is a full-time 6 months assignment with a possibility for prolonging.
