Job Description :
• Provides technical applications support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product, primarily on a not-for-fee basis. 
• Serves as primary support liaison between Siemens and the customer.
• Conveys customer feedback to product development staff. 
• Possesses thorough knowledge of company's products and other applications used by customers. 
• Works under general supervision.
Background
• Education as Certified Engineer with a minimum of 3 years professional experience using CAD Software.
• NX knowledge is a major advantage
• Good knowledge of writing and speaking the English language, more languages are appreciated, particularly German and/or Danish
• Knowledge of current Operating Systems, on which the several Siemens PLM Products are operating (mostly Windows).
• (Good) Knowledge of networking.
• Advanced system analysis (problem solving) skills
• Able to provide technical guidance to remote customers using Siemens PLM communication tools.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to write clear detailed documentation for product development.
Ability to work without local management, but applying team and corporate guidance
