Fors Mill is a board mill located outside Avesta in southern Dalarna. We manufacture boxboard used for consumer packaging for foods, confectionery and graphical applications. Our customers are located throughout the world and our production capacity amounts to 400 000 tonnes / year. Our vision is that we will be the customer's first choice of world class operations

Technical Customer Service Manager is responsible for complaint handling in the cigarette segment in Fors Mill and should ensure information spreading towards the production in order to meet customer requirements. You are supporting, providing solutions and communicating with customers in problem situations as well as proactively. The position holder is besides Product Manager an important link between mill and BU regarding product development. TCS Manager is responsible for internal communication about product specifications, organizing mill visits and should also support colleagues within business unit with in-depth product knowledge. Team leader TCS team Fors is responsible for local management of TCS resources including work safety. Other responsibilities are supporting Supply Chain and Logistics with relevant technical customer knowledge.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor/Master degree in relevant technical areas. You are service minded and a good team player, have a proactive attitude and ability to analyze information and take initiatives. This job requires good communication skills in both verbal and written English, other languages are an advantage. You are an expert in product and board production knowledge. The job will also require ability to travel.
