Technical Customer Service Administrator

In the position as Technical Customer Service Administrator we value your excellent social skills and technical understanding. This position is expected to respond to inquiries and claims by phone, e-mail, or post from end consumers from all Nordic countries, as well as diagnose and resolve basic technical issues for Hillerstorp supported dealers and distributors. Another important part of this position is to give technical support and technical product training to the rest of the customer service team.

To be successful in this role you need to have a commercial mindset & share our passion for the great outdoors. Ability to easily communicate, good problem solving skills, a positive attitude and a cooperative mindset are other key ingredients in your personal profile. We work in an international environment where a high level of English is required. You have a couple of years? experience from customer service, preferably from a technical perspective as well as good knowledge of the Office package. An academic degree in engineering or business is considered a strong advantage.
