As a Cross Delivery Coordinator within Dropship, you will work as a coordinator within a technical landscape. It is crucial that you have the ability to understand and manage technical initiatives. Dropshipment is a relatively new business model within the H&M Group, meaning that we need you who are comfortable working in an area where a lot of things are still undecided and in constant change. You need to have a genuine desire to improve the processes and the solution to ensure the best value for our customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
You will be required to understand the systems and integrations involved in the Dropship flow from our partners to our end customers. You need to be interested in expanding your technical understanding and knowledge, in order to discover, technical and/or strategic improvement areas. You will be the main driver for Dropship related initiatives within H&M Group Business Tech. These initiatives require you to collaborate and work with many different roles but mainly Software Engineers and Solution Architects. These initiatives are complex cross cutting, and your primary focus will be to coordinate initiative cross different domains, areas, and teams. You will:
Drive technical investigations that requires cross product and cross domain collaboration.
Coordinate technical initiatives with both internal and external H&M Group stakeholders.
Secure that the delivery done by stakeholders is on time and that potential challenges are solved in an efficient manner.
Introduce new WoW & drive process implementation across teams / systems.
Own the processes and activities to secure efficient cross collaboration for Dropship.
To succeed in your responsibilities, you will need to:
Learn our Marketplace Operations System and understand integration patterns.
Establish and refine collaboration processes and methods.

Is eager and quick to learn several different systems and gain an understanding of how an entire value flow is working, both technically and operationally.
Is well-structured and proactive in planning.
It is also beneficial if you:
Have knowledge and/or experience from working with E-commerce /Marketplace and/or Dropship business models.
Have knowledge and/or experience from working with SAP system landscape.
Have experience working in agile organizations and/or in DevOps teams or if you have worked in the role of Scrum Master.
