With us, there are constantly exciting new integration - and migration projects going on. We have the luxury of being surrounded with top of the line skilled developers but we need someone to coordinate and allocate the right developers to the right assignment.
We are working with products and platforms that are highly mission critical and with millions of users. Based on the needs from our customers and internal stakeholders, such as our colleagues from Product operations, development teams and tech leads, you will make sure that the decisions on what to prioritize will be carried out and communicated to all parties involved.
The role includes a global responsibility and travel would be expected to some extent.
To us, the right mindset and getting things done is of greater importance than number of years experience. Having that said, we still need someone who:
BACKGROUND
Knows how to coordinate several initiatives at the same time
Knows how to delegate
Has previous experience as either Technical Coordinator or as a Developer with coordinating responsibilities and overview
Has excellent communication skills in English and preferably either Norwegian or Swedish
Preferably has experience coordinating across multiple teams, locations and organisational levels
PERSONALITY
Have a helicopter view
Proactive
Able to establish communication and collaboration throughout all the teams even when working remote
Prestigeless enough to escalate when needed
Social and great at networking
