hela Sverige Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Technical Consultant focusing on telecom network to CSG International.
CSG International is the trusted global partner to help clients launch and monetize communications and entertainment services in the digital age. Their goal is to help their customers generate revenue, maximize customer value, and manage your business more efficiently. The person will be a part of the CSG Assure team which is a market leading software platform used by service providers worldwide to secure the Voice, SMS, Data service quality in the international telecom network. CSG Assure is used by over 150 telecom providers worldwide, including leading companies like AT, Belgacom and Tata.
At present CSG International consists of 3500 employees in total, of which 40 are situated in Stockholm. Their office is located in Münchenbryggeriet, Södermalm, with a beautiful view of the City Hall on Lake Mälaren. The CSG Assure team is made up off 16 persons and consists of support, test, professional service and RnD.
CSG Stockholm is expanding and thus looking to strengthen the Assure Team with a Technical Consultant working in support and implementation projects to ensure the customers get full value from their solutions. As a Technical Consultant you will be responsible for technical installations and configurations in customer implementation projects and for resolving IT related issues in customer support, professional services and in the Assure global test network. The right person will have great opportunities to develop in the role and become a key member of the team.
The person CSG is looking for has a relevant University degree and has at least three years of relevant professional experience. You have experience of telecom and mobile network and signaling and network protocols including TCP and UDP. You are also familiar with some of the following techniques; Windows server, Linux server, IT firewalls and SQL database. It is preferable but not a requirement that you have experience of Business Support Systems (BSS). CSG Stockholm works exclusively in English, therefore it is vital that you have excellent English communication skills. As a person you are social, driven and have good communication skills. You are highly analytical, able to work independently and have the ability to take your own initiatives.
