Dina arbetsuppgifterTasks
As a technical specialist in SimCorp Dimension, you work in a consultancy role and primarily handle all the daily tasks in and around the technical platform and infrastructure regarding customers' SimCorp Dimension installations, such as Virtusa's own hosts. You work closely with the Application Specialist Team that manages your daily user support. The role involves wide contact areas, both internally and externally, where you in some ways have contact with end users, system administrators and internal development departments for the application. Customer contact is via email, telephone and a ticketing system. The tasks include planning and participation in upgrading projects, implementation of new features, platform development and security analysis.
You vary between working with Virtuas customers and work remote from the office at Strandvägen in Stockholm. You will have varied, flexible working hours. In this role you will be offered challenging and developing tasks together with competent colleagues.
KvalifikationerQualifications
• At least 2 years of technical experience of SimCorp Dimension
• In-depth skills in any of the following areas
• Windows server environments
• Virtualization
• Relations databases
• Programming / scripting skills
• Network Configuration Knowledge
• Experience of continuity and disaster planning
• Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
• Experience of integration with neighboring environments
• Knowledge of workflow / work processes with a fund manager, asset manager, pension company, or other financial institution (qualifying)
• Technical experience of the Finance Kit, Wall Street Suite or other treasury application (qualifying)
• Experience of claiming against hosting company (qualifying)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written terms, Swedish is highly qualifying
As a person, you are driven and enjoy being part of a team where you can share and develop knowledge with your colleagues. In order to fit in the role you should be able to handle many ongoing tasks at the same time and like to handle challenging problems where you are the key factor for the solution. Focus on security is something that falls naturally to you. Since you are working in a consultancy role, it is important that you have a good ability to handle customer contact and excellent communication skills.
