hela Sverige Samsung is looking for a Technical Consultant Print to our Enterprise Business Team (B2B). In this role you will be working with presales engineering to support our sales organization as well as our partners with technical expertise, training and product information for all B2B Print products and solutions. You will have a lot of internal- and external contacts and be an important part of Samsung?s continuing growth in the B2B Print segment in the Nordic Region.
You will be working with:
• Supporting Samsung Product Managers, Sales organization and Technicians in daily operations
• Conducting Technical and product trainings
• Identifying and solve critical issues in end customer environments
• SP-Certification process
• Supporting presales issues in on site end-customer and partner pilot tests
• Proactively manage and coordinate solution and technical feedback
• Making sure all demo environments within Samsung is up to date
Suitable background:
• Broad Experience in professional print products and solutions
• Technical degree preferred, alternatively exceptional track record
• Fundamental knowledge of IT- infrastructure management and IT department operations
• End-customer oriented and responsive to their business issues
• Experience in project management or driving multiple projects
• Fundamental programming or scripting knowledge
• Excellent Swedish and English, Finnish is an advantage
