We are looking for a Technical Compliance and Release Manager to strengthen Kambis ability to enter emerging markets, manage existing ones and make sure our +800 code releases per year is carried out in a reliable and pragmatic way.
This role requires a combination of technical knowledge an ability to translate compliance requirements into working technical solutions.
You will own and develop Kambis technical compliance ability and release management process and make sure we develop and adapt these areas both on existing and emerging markets. For us this means that we work by the motto to certify our ways of working rather than change and adapt them for each market we operate on, this is vital for our ability to scale and grow the company in an efficient way.
Compliance Management
• Provide guidance and help the IT-Ops and Development teams understand compliance and make it a part of their daily work
• Own, manage and develop compliance policies and processes
• Work closely with Kambis Legal and Technical leadership team during recurring audits, certification processes and new market entries
• Manage communication and cooperation with external Test Labs and Auditors
• Participate in the design and evaluation phases of technology for new markets and regulations
Release Management
• Own, manage and develop our release process and make sure it 's followed throughout the company
• Make sure we develop it from a technical and tools perspective to achieve high levels of automation and reliability

• iGaming industry Compliance
• On-prem datacenter and cloud technology
• Agile working methodologies
• 24/7 IT-Operations
• Open-source technologies
