What you'll do?
We are now hiring a TCC (Technical Competence Center) Manager at our Stockholmoffice, who will also combine the role as TCC Manager with the role as a Group Manager within the Hardware Engineering department. As TCC Manager you are responsible for the development of both technology and personnel. One of your core responsibilities will be to secure competence and resource allocation to the projects in the Technology & Product as well as the Business Units organizations. You are expected to ensure the quality of your employees' working methods, performance and competence development. Duties also include budget and responsibility for the working environment. You are responsible for the development and improvement of the company's development processes and company standards in the field and training in this area. Also to create an efficient organization together with the other TCC sites.

An overview of responsibilities:

• Responsible for personnel
• Hiring and training of talent and competencies - Deploying competencies into the Technology & Product and Business Units organizations - Building competence capability - Driving continuous improvement through Business Office. - Building and managing IT systems, infrastructure and data storage
• Site management

What you'll bring:
In order to succeed in the role, we prefer that you have: - Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent - Long-term experience as a Tech center manager, group manager or equivalent - Experience in leading others as well as building and developing teams - Good knowledge in English

As tech center manager and group manager in this department you should have a background and experience within product development and an understanding or experience of development processes from requirements to test coverage. The position also requires good leadership skills, that you are clear in your communication, have an analytical ability as well as the ability to make decisions. You are responsive and outgoing and maintain good relationships with people in your area. Experiences from the automotive industry and work with safety-critical systems we see as a merit.
