Would you like to be part of forming the new our clients Corporate Information Landscape to protect our own and our customer's information for the future? An opportunity to work cross the company.
Your role
A Technical team coach working in close cooperation with infrastructure DevSecOps teams, where your main tasks are: Bring a deep knowledge within Modern Workplace as well as an understanding of how to realize it in an existing context in a efficient way.
Work with coaching the technical teams as well as to work operatively in a team as a designer or developer.
Support the team members when designing and implementing the backlog, to help them think new while taking the existing context into consideration. Your teams shall feel a trust in that they are heard and contributing to the big picture, as well as understand that they need to take pre-requisites like overall time plans and other external dependencies into consideration.
Your profile
You enjoy working together with others but can also take the teaching role in a team.
Working cross functional inspires you and you learn and share with others. Your driving force is to get agile teams to understand and work in iterations in accordance with IT branch standards.
Required skills High collaboration skills
Senior (5 years of experience) in creating trust in technical teams, while developing their mindset and helping them think in different perspectives.
You are or have recently been working in a team with development work related to Modern Workplace.
You like change and an environment where a lot is unclear
Desired skills Technical knowledge about for instance IaaS, Cyber Security, Software development
Previous experience in transforming a non-DevSecOps team into working DevSecOps
You are or have recently been working in a team with development work related to infrastructure
Knowledge in IT agile standards for implementation teams
