In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be part of a cross functional development team that consists of both business analysts and software engineers in the Markets Value Stream.
• Develop existing and future businesses and build innovative financial services and help in the implementation of a new front and back office system across asset classes within Foreign exchange and & Fixed Income area
• Analyzing business needs/opportunities and transforming them to system implementation
• Collaborating with the Team and other value streams as well as different key stakeholders to successfully deliver
• Testing solutions in dedicated environments; assuring the quality of the deliveries
• Maintaining the existing functionality to ensure full support for the end users
• Taking responsibility and accountability in your everyday work
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• Relevant IT development and IT management experience and education
• Preferably and highly valuated is product knowledge (FX, Credit and Fixed Income)
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English language, both spoken and written.
• Calypso platform competence, both from a development and system administering perspective is highly appreciated
• To be a great team player with good communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
