Each team member at Arrowhead has an important influence on the game and is involved in the decision-making process. We offer a driven and creative environment where small groups work independently within cross-disciplinary feature teams (we call'em Strike Teams!).
Your responsibilities
• Monitor, flag and communicate concerns between artistic goals and practical reality in development pipelines.
• Technical problem solving together with artists at the studio.
• Provide technical feedback to artists.
• Ensure development setup keeps up with industry developments.
More about you
• A people person who is able to work with a broad group of developers in a collaborative way.
• It is crucial that you can plan and manage your own work efficiently, and also have strong collaboration skills.
Requirements
• Has a strong understanding of content creation pipelines
• Experience of 3D game engines and associated technology
• Has a experience of tool creation
• Experience shipping titles
• Understanding of procedural generation, scripting and shading.
• Good collaboration and communication skills with a cooperative attitude.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Bonus qualifications
Experience and knowledge with the following are considered bonus qualifications
• C++
• Python
• 3D Modelling software
• Houdini
Practical information
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week in Stockholm
Employment form: Permanent employment with an initial 6 months trial period.
Location: Stockholm, Hammarby Sjöstad
