Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a talent to join our Application Management team in Malmö, Sweden.
The Application Management team is a global function within ASSA ABLOY Global IT Shared Service Center (GSSC). Global IT Shared Service Center is managing ASSA ABLOYs shared infrastructure and global applications as well as application management for selected divisional solutions. The GSSC strategy is that the services we offer are outsourced in a multi-sourcing setup.
Your work assignment
As a Technical Architect, your main area of work will be focused on delivering technical architectural direction across GSSC application services. You will provide technical expertise and support for the configuration and management of the service. Part of the work will be to ensure that the technical landscape for GSSC business/application services is optimized from performance and availability perspective. You will also facilitate affective service monitoring, performance and capacity utilization.
Your background
To be the Technical Architect that we seek, we believe that you should have at least 3 years of experience working in this field or similar. It is an advantage if you have experience from Microsoft Dynamics platforms (AX and 365) and related technologies such as Windows (OS), SQL, BizTalk and Azure. It is also an advantage if you have expert knowledge in IT Service Management.
It is important that you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
Your personal qualities
You have strong business acumen and good communication skills. As a person you are process and project oriented. For the role, it is also important that you are structured, analytic and take full responsibility.
