CEVT is a joint engineering and development center for future B- and C-segment cars, addressing the needs of both Volvo Cars and Geely Auto. CEVT covers vital aspects of passenger car development - from the joint architecture, to power train and drive line components, to top hat engineering as well as the vehicles' exterior design. The modular strategy will deliver on the premium aspects that Volvo Cars requires, as well as on Geely Auto's demands, in order to compete in the automotive market.

To keep up the pace in this exciting development we now need to strengthen the IT team with a Technical Applications Coordinator.

We are looking for a Technical Application Coordinator which role is to support the organization to develop a stable PLM/PDM/CAD environment that suits the flexible way of working at CEVT.

This position requires in depth knowledge and experience about the Teamcenter and Catia platform. Significant initiative and problem solving skills are required to ensure software stability and to perform analysis and implement improvements. A good understanding of the PLM Components is beneficial. Coordinate development projects, coordinate work with technical consultants, handle licenses are other tasks that you will be responsible for. You will work in the Gothenburg office, networking with sister departments in China and with local partners.

To succeed with this you need:

• To have a profound understanding of the PLM Components and applications

• Several years experience of PLM (or PDM or CAD) Systems

• Several years experience of Teamcenter and Catia platform or equivalent

• To have experience from coordination of project activities

• To be well structured and organized

• Good understanding and respect for different cultures

• Excellence in English, and preferably knowledge in Swedish and more languages

• Preferably experience from the vehicle industry
