hela Sverige Ants is looking for an application engineer to a company that provides measuring devices, primarily for the oil industry, and with it’s global opportunities it offers you an enriched environment where you can challenge yourself. It is a company where you will have possibilities for an international career,e.g. in USA, Canada and England.
For this role, you will be responsible for the selection and use of products to satisfy customer application requirements.
Examples of what you could be doing:
Provide customer technical support for product questions, from quotation request through post shipment and installation
Provide assistance to the commercial team in terms of technical responses
Research product solutions and initiate new product models to meet customer needs
Document all product selection and product specification choices
Analyze product failures and assist in customer quality concerns
Management of small and medium customer maintenance contracts
Provide internal and external training on the company’s products
Qualifications:
BS Degree Engineering
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Strong customer service orientation
We believe you have a couple of years experience in administration and/or technical support and/or sales but your most valued quality is that you are proactive and customer responsive.
It is a huge advantage if you are fluent in one or more of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish.
Initially, you will be hired by Ants as a consultant but the goal is for the company to hire you after some time as a consultant.
