About jobAs a Technical Analyst you will be working together with a group of creative and driven individuals with a strong sense of togetherness and responsibility who sees obstacles as "solutions waiting to be found". With high focus on quality we take pride in what we deliver and we have fun while we do it!You will be part of a global storage & backup team located in Philadelphia, Sweden and Shanghai. You would contribute towards infrastructure automation to create to ensure stable operations and efficient delivery frameworks. You will also support different projects regarding their needs and guide them to a suitable platform. You would be working together with the Storage and SAN Product Specialists to create new platforms and defining our future deliveries.About assignment To be successful in this role it is desirable that you have experience from working in the area of datacentre enterprise class storage and SAN.It is preferable if you have experience from one or more of the following:* Enterprise Storage solution preferably experience with HP & EMC Storage· In-depth knowledge of maintaining, implement and troubleshoot SAN installations, preferably Brocade experience· Storage Resource Management You will work with a broad scale of tasks within storage, SAN as well as NAS, and your role can vary from operational trouble shooting to be a key resource in large projects. It is desirable that you have been working with frameworks like ITIL and have project management experience.
