Emerse is growing fast and we're now hiring a sales and technology driven Solutions Engineer / Technical Account Manager to our head office in Lund, Sweden. Applications are reviewed on-going so please submit as soon as possible.

The role

As Solutions Engineer / Technical Account Manager you will be working with both our local and international client base, involving both prospective and existing clients. You will have extensive client contact and the role requires experience and interest in both sales and technology. You will be communicating with clients, being able to answer questions about the product in a timely and professional manner through email, phone, and video conference. You will assist the sales team from a technology perspective to increase revenues. You will participate in customer-focused presentations, seminars, trade-shows and lead customer discussions, offering technical ideas and solutions.
Your focus will be on platform sales (our SaaS product) and account management / support for existing platform clients. Some traveling will be required, though not extensive.

You will be reporting to the international Business Director.

Education & Experience

You have a univeristy degree and probably have at least a few years experience in a client facing role, as solutions engineer or other roles in technical account management or sales. Your experience, education and personality likely reflect a genuine interest in both sales and technology.

Experience from advertising technology (ad-tech) or programmatic advertising is positive but not a requirement. You have a genuine international interest and feel comfortable working with clients and colleagues from all over the world.
You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Swedish language skills are not required but is considered a positive. You have very strong problem solving capabilities and an analytical mind.

Emerse is a fast growing Swedish company with a multi-national client base in the field of programmatic advertising and advertising technology (ad-tech). The core product offering is a Demand Side Platform (DSP) developed fully in-house. The company is since 2014 part owned by Investment AB Spiltan who also own the retail fund company Spiltan Fonder.
