hela Sverige We are now looking for a driven and independent person for an assignment where you will work with the cloud-based software cisco jasper. . In the role of Technical Account Manager / Sales Support you will function as an in-house consultant at your operators' IoT department to support all Cisco Jasper related activities. You will work to support them in their sales of the Cisco Jaspers platform and act as a link between Cisco Jasper's development team and the customer's requests for changes.

Responsibilities
• The emphasis of your joint activities with your operator are Product development, Operational support and Sales support
• Deliver the Voice of the Customer and Brand Score across your operator and align cross functionally at Cisco Jasper
• Take ownership, drive the agenda, create and present material, and engage your operator's active
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with the operators Senior Managers, key stakeholders, and Cisco Jasper Regional and Global Management and Executives
• Specifically support you operator's Sales teams in Non-Nordic countries in customer engagements and RFP processes.
• Drive your operator sales teams to be trained and certified to demo the platform and manage ongoing training and re-certification
• Support the on boarding of new enterprises onto your operator, ensure appropriate technical alignment with Cisco Jasper Sales Engineering and Network Engineering where required
• Coordinate with Cisco Jasper Product, Software Development and Network Engineering to define and prioritize new features and capabilities
• Orchestrate large projects with Cisco Jasper Delivery and your operators' product delivery team.
• Partner with Cisco Jasper Support and Professional Services to insure project expectations are agreed, met and continues aligned with the stakeholders in your operator.
• Align relationships with Cisco Jasper executives and your operators' executive team.
Candidate Qualifications
• Pragmatic, extravert and able to steer a relationship to result.
• Experience in client management and aligning account strategies to recognize revenue
• Knowledge of mobile telecommunication networks is necessary
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent required
• Strong English language skills is a must requirement
• Swedish and German speaking ability desired
• Ability to travel 25%+
