NTT Security is growing and we are now looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager.
Working as a Technical Account Manager you'll provide overall account management and specialised technical support to customers and regional partners.
You will be the point of contact for incidents, requests that are outside of the support provided by our Support Centre. Being assigned dedicated accounts responding to technical questions, issues and opportunities and overall satisfaction levels.
This role is technically focused with a high level of customer interface, requiring strong time management and project skills. You will have a solid understanding of Security Analytics.
Ideally you will have extensive program or project management experience, having worked with IT Security.
You will have a qualification in one of more of the following, CISSP, CISA, CISM with some knowledge of network design and configuration, some knowledge of firewall, router and switch configurations. Along with experience with IDS/IPS log analyses and tuning.
