We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with strong business acumen and tech know how in the area of Managed Network services such as SD WAN, Managed LAN and WiFi Telenor is rapidly heading towards the connected future with secure networks and 5G enabled services and we are looking for a person with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
As Technical Account Manager at Telenor, you will work closely with our strategic customers with focus on the Telenor provided managed network solutions. You will help the customer to use the services efficiently both from a technical and cost perspective and act as an advisor to ensure high customer satisfaction and demands.
In the role as Technical Account Manager, you will:
* Work with a number of named strategic accounts with complex network solutions
* Analyze re-curing incidents and problems to identify corrective actions
* Act proactively to drive improvement opportunities based on trends and statistic
* Be responsible to maintain technical documentation of the client's network solution
You will work in close cooperation with Sales, Service Manager and Technical Operations Owner
Who are you?
To succeed in the role as Technical Account Manager, we believe that you have experience working in a similar role within the network area. You have previous experience from technical support and sales with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
You are a self-driven person who creates impact, and you are great in building strong relations with people around you. You have a systematic and pragmatic approach and have a structured mindset. Fluent in Swedish as well as English, both written and verbally.
