As a Technical Account Manager your main responsibility will be handling our operational and technical tasks towards our clients in the Nordic market. You will act as the technical conscience in the whole Nordics and work both pro-actively and operationally to ensure ongoing service changes are implemented correctly.
To succeed as a Technical Account Manager you need to have clear communications skills, be able to have many strings on your bow and thrive on building relations and have a keen eye to identifying and solving problems. You should be highly organized and efficient with a strong ability to learn quickly as well as self motivated. As you will work with, and be supported by almost all of the other parts of Transcom Nordics, a cooperative and open mindset is a required ability. The TAM is the liaison between Client IT, Transcom IT, Client Account Management and Business Operations.The TAM supports one or more Clients as well support a global client in multiple clusters, within IT addressing multiple IT Business Partners.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborates with Transcom business operations to understand existing and future business and IT requirements. This collaboration is best established with regularly scheduled meetings with internal operations.
Collaborates with Transcom IT Service Development, Innovation teams and IT Business Partner to understand future capabilities and translate to value for the respective Client(s).
Creates and continuously maintains and improves a Technical Account Plan in collaboration with IT functions, Operations functions, the Client account team, the IT Business partner and the Client.
Collaborates with the IT Service Delivery / SSC to ensure new business / functionality / campaigns are brought into service with supporting documentation, and incidents and changes are managed and escalated correctly.
Works diligently to guide changes spanning the IT domains of the Client and Transcom and ensures proper follow-up after major incidents (RCA, communication with client and account team)
Will have responsibility of ensuring that all aspects of technology for the program are within contractual specifications as well as that all aspects of technology are in full working order for their clients program.
Lead client program assessments to identify innovative technology solutions to increase operational effectiveness
What you need to succeed:
You are a self-leading and dynamic person with a structured approach. You know how to prioritize and like a role where you continuously need to look at new requirements and guidelines. Cooperation both externally and internally is no problem for you since you speak easily with both internal and external resources on both the IT and the Business side. You are great at creating and maintaining relations with external partners and you have a deep interest and vast knowledge in the IT area with at least 5 years experience in managing Information Technology teams, perhaps in combination with an academic degree. The call center environment is not new to you since you have worked within the area for at least two years. If you have knowledge on new technology such as RPA, AI and AR that is a plus.
You have a positive attitude and a drive force to continue developing yourself. Customer focus is important to you along with the business.
You are fluent in the English language, both in speech and writing and eather Swedish or Norwegian language.
You will have your work place in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, Örebro, Borås or Fredrikstad. Travel in the Nordic region is expected.
