Flightradar24 is a leading provider of flight tracking data to the aviation and air traffic management industry. We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help our customers get the most out of our extensive data services whether to maximize efficiency, reduce costs and/or grow revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Technical pre-sales (handle technical enquiries from prospective customers)
• Data service onboarding (help new customers getting set up)
• Account management (both technical and non-technical)
• Proactive technical support and reactive troubleshooting
• Educate customers about existing and new functionalities
• Engage in internal discussions and lead projects around customer service and support requirements as well as continuous product and service improvements

You have a proven ability to present technical material effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with engineers, as well as with senior managers on technical and non-technical matters alike. You are also effective at tech-troubleshooting and problem solving. Preferably you have experience from working with aviation related data.

WHO YOU ARE
• Minimum 2 years of technical support/account management experience
• Good understanding of aeronautical data, the aviation industry, and basic flight tracking know-how
• Strong business mindset
• Interest in working creatively with a diverse set of customers around the world and understand technical and business requirements
• Extra points if you have experience working with live data services and/or data governance
• Strong written and verbal English skills (Swedish is not required for this role. Knowing French or German is a plus)
• BA/BS degree in computer science or engineering field or equivalent practical experience
