InnSpire is a Swedish software company in the hospitality industry. InnSpire works around an any-screen concept where products, services, entertainment, movies, music, food and drinks become available through-out the entire hotel over the Wi-Fi network, utilizing the guest?s own handheld phones and tablets, and the TV in the room.
Description of position
We are looking for a TAM ? a Technical Account Manager, who can both participate in the sales-process by being part of demoes and sales pitches, but most importantly take over the lead as soon as a deal is signed.
The TAM will:
• Work with the customer (hotel) to match their technical setup with our offering, making sure they have, or get, what is needed in terms of TV-signal, internet-bandwidth, etc.
• Work with the hotel to match up the services they are getting from us against how they work today, so that staff feel comfortable using the system to the max
• Work at the hotel hands-on during installation to help the installers get our system up and running in terms of
• Setting up our basic server on site
• Linking our hardware to the existing TV-signal
• Linking our hardware to the existing internet signal
• Leading the installers in their work
• Work with the hotel to get the graphical elements in place, by getting from the hotel the corporate identity, the colors, the logo, the fonts, the pictures, music, sound-bits, in-house radio streams, etc ? all the elements that make up the brand and the experience associated with it. Then working with our design partners to create a living branded all-surrounding brand experience, pervasive on all the devices ? smartphone, tablet, computer, and the TV.
About the person
We need a very flexible, energetic and positive ?doer? with a great interest for technology, connectivity, travelling, service and the ?next big thing?. As you will be our face for the most important period ? when our system at the hotel gets implemented and goes live ? the demands that you are optimistic, friendly and open minded are very high. You will need to handle high stress levels, which means that you must structure your work. But you also need to have good technical skills in terms of networks, the web, basic HTML and design skills, and the skill for putting things together, connecting and testing things.

The office is set in central Stockholm, on Nybrogatan. You will be travelling quite a lot, on at least 2-3 trips monthly, mainly within Europe, but also to places like Dubai, the US, Asia, etc. Many trips are just day-trips, or with one night away. Some longer, with 3-5 nights.
