Dina arbetsuppgifter
To our client Cryptzone we are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will work closely with our technical team and complement our sales account managers who own the relationships with our existing customers around the globe. There will be some travels in this position.

Profil
Technical skills
• Knowledge of standard operating systems Win/Linux/Mac
• Hands on experience with mobile, desktops, servers and virtualised platforms
• Familiarity with software developing, scripting, diagnostics, debugging
• Understanding of networks, firewalls, VLans, WLans, etc

Functional skills and personal characteristics
• A "problem solver" willing to tackle difficult tasks. Able to analyze situations and efficiently resolve issues.
• Excellent understanding of computer networks, protocols and services.
• Capable of understanding how technology solves business requirements and capable of sharing that understanding.
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of successful technical account manager experience.
• Excellent communication, administrative, organizational and language skills in English.
• The ability to be a cross-functional team player, who can work independently and have the ability to quickly adapt to any situation.
• Desire to learn new things constantly and seek out knowledge when faced with the
Technical challenges.
• A professional customer first approach that takes pride in responsibility.

You speak and write fluent English. Swedish is a bonus.
