Do you have extensive experience with advanced diagnostics as well as an interest in the cars of today and the future? Are you motivated by coaching and providing guidance to other people? Do you want to work at Volvo, Torslanda? Are you able to communicate in Russian?
We are currently looking for an experienced diagnostician to carry out technical support tasks for our client Volvo. As a member of our team, you will be guiding and coaching experienced technicians at authorised repair workshops. This support may take place via electronic communication, e-mail and telephone and entails communication with resellers as well as the manufacturer's development team. Your primary focus will be to support resellers in the Russian-speaking market.
You will be working in a highly engaged team alongside skilled and experienced colleagues, supporting and assisting each other.
Duties
• Supporting and coaching resellers through advanced diagnostic troubleshooting as well as providing recommendations for further troubleshooting via internal support systems, e-mail and phone.
• Communicating directly with the manufacturer on issues that may arise.
• Following up daily on ongoing issues based on the current priority list.
• Reporting errors to the manufacturers in accordance with the current escalation process.
• Continually staying up to date on the manufacturer's products by attending the manufacturer's courses and studying instructional technical documents.
Are you the candidate we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of diagnostics systems and software as well as a solid base of experience from a brand-authorised repair workshop and the troubleshooting tools used there. You are currently working as a diagnostics technician, experienced mechanic, coach or something similar, and you are now ready to take the next step in your career.
We are also looking for candidates who are dedicated and analytical problem-solvers with good IT, electronics and trouble-shooting skills. Your personal qualities include being communicative and service-minded, and most importantly, able to communicate in Russian and English, both orally and in writing.
Workplace and scope:
The place of work is at Volvo (Torslanda), and the position is full-time with an indefinite term of employment.
