Strong technical and functional expertise in defining the solution architecture and strategic roadmap for enterprise products and services. Extensive functional, requirements and domain knowledge on IT Service Management, IT asset management, Manufacturing, PLM and E-Commerce verticals. Significant contribution in strategic planning and achieved nonlinear revenue growth using outcome based commercial and factory based delivery model. Expert in forming seed teams and driving expansions. Well versed with DevOps tool chain setup & implementation. Mentoring teams to be more productive and well versed with latest technologies. Exposure to Azure, AWS and Google clouds. Expert in JAVA/J2EE, UI frameworks like AngularJS, ExtJS , Jquery, BackboneJS, AJAX, etc. Well versed with integration methodologies and frameworks like Camel, Activiti, ActiveMQ, etc. Implementation experience in portal frameworks like Liferay, Oracle Web Center Sites, Web Center Portal, etc... Extensive knowledge in designing database models for complex products/projects using Graph DB, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc. . (1.) To build solutions and POC s based on customer and project needs (2.) To Conceptualize a new productornew featureornew component and to test new technologiesorfeatures through PoCs (3.) To contribute in practice growth initiatives Interviews, training, mentoring, operational activities, etc. (4.) To plan and grow practice through support to proposals and proposal defence (5.) To provide support to delivery for technical issues, escalations and reviews and to help in deploying the SLU in a customer environment. (6.) To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions building collateralsor customer visitsor whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
