WorkShop is now looking for Tech Trainers working for our innovating and technology driven client. We are looking for Tech Trainers who are highly driven by sales goals, who are eager to develop leader skills, who have a passion for great consumer experience and who love innovation and new technology. Besides that, our new trainers are probably considered to be social geniuses and tech savvy.
As a Tech Trainer your mission is to train and inspire retail store staff. With solid product knowledge and great enthusiasm you will coach the retail store staff in how to increase sales and make sure they have in-depth knowledge of our client's products. All this in order to provide an outstanding in-store experience and customer service. You will be responsible for setting store goals and plans as well as executing them accordingly. Another important part of your role is to establish strong relations with store managers, department managers and store staff. As a Tech Trainer at WorkShop you will be a part of a team that consists of six team members working in different areas in the Nordic countries.
In order to succeed in this position you need to meet the following criteria:
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Self-starter and result driven
• Super service minded
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Tech savvy with a passion for innovative and emerging technology
• Experience from home electronics is preferred
• Two years' experience from sales, preferably within retail
• Excellent presentation skills
