What You 'll Do
As Tech Site Manager, you will be responsible for our 3 Tech Sites in Sweden(Linköping, Alvik and Skellefteå) leading Site Management Teams and a member of Veoneer Sweden Management Team.
Your focus will be on the common interests of the Tech Sites and on optimizing the utilization of resources and assets between the sites.
In your team, 3 Facility Managers will take care of the execution of all local facility related duties and projects. You will also be responsible for the Test laboratory located in Linköping.
One important task is to build a positive atmosphere in the offices and a strong culture based on Veoneer Beliefs and Behaviors. To achieve this communication is a key element. You will work together with HR on Employer Branding activities internally and externally to strengthen our brand and be an attractive company for our employees, students and professionals.
In the role of Tech Site Manager, you are also responsible for compliance and legal requirements, such as Environmental, Health and Safety etc. You will also act as Employee representative to authorities, employees, suppliers and customers, take lead/contribute to internal and external audits.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate site management (including PA:s, HR, IT, purchasing etc.)
• Coordinate facility tasks together with local facility coordinator
• Test laboratory
• Contribute to and drive company culture
• Actively work on communication in a successful and developing way
• Budgeting and contracting related to Facility (Rental), reconstruction cost (If needed), interior agreements such as coffee machines etc.

Education
• B.Sc in Engineering, Business or equivalent
