Job Description
For our client we are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter for Europe-focused roles to an attractive workplace in Stocholm. The mission for the recruitment team is to enable the future success and growth of our client by proactively identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates. The ambition is to deliver an excellent candidate experience that will lead to becoming the employer of choice. As a Tech Recruiter, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability, including sourcing/search. Also, you will ensure that our client hire top talent whose values are in line with our clients by screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests.
Personal qualities
Ability to hit the ground running and to step into a new technical domain and getting traction on hiring quickly will be an absolute key! Since our client work with many different stakeholders internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills. Furthermore, our client work in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environment, so you need to be very business and performance driven.
Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run even until the 2021-04-30 with possibility of extension. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
