The job
You will team up with the Engineering Managers to help fill the recruitment pipeline and coordinate the hiring process, reporting to our Head of Engineering.
Your day-to-day fun will be talent sourcing across multiple geographies, positions, and technology stacks - spanning from .NET trainees in Göteborg, to DevOps Engineers in Lund, to senior Python Engineers, Frontend Developers, or Engineering Managers. If you like advertising, you will also help us draft job ads that reflect our culture and identity.
The team
We believe in a tight collaboration between you and the recruiting managers. The software engineering teams at Lime are at the core of our business. We develop the underlying software for our product offerings. The teams are based in Lund, Göteborg, Stockholm, and Gävle. Technical challenges and having sharp-minded colleagues excite us. We look forward to your help in building the teams.
You may be wondering why this position is not a part of the People and Culture team? Currently, we want your full attention on the Engineering department.
Who are you?
Although we are open to a wide variety of backgrounds, we still have a few points to bring to your attention.
You get a kick out of matchmaking. That is, finding the right match between candidate and company. This can easily be translated into the work you'd be doing in sales. Prospecting potential candidates, getting to know their needs, and matching them to what we can offer as employers.
Since your focus will be on Engineering, a level of technical curiosity will make the work more fun. You want to learn about things like the difference between Java and JavaScript (if you don't already know).
As the job will be KPI-structured and otherwise very much up to you, a can-do attitude and being self-motivated will come in handy.
You speak and write English with professional proficiency. You are based in Lund, Stockholm, or Göteborg.
