As we are facing acquisition by Booking Holdings (parent company of Booking.com), we have a very exciting expansion ahead of us. From being one of the market leaders in our industry, we will most likely in near future be owned by one of the 200 largest companies in the world, also the world's largest travel company. We are fine-tuning our recruitment organization to make us fully equipped for the future.
This position is located out of our office in either Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Uppsala.
The techy side of things
We offer you a position where you will hold a crucial role in supporting the continuous growth of Etraveli Group and Etraveli Technology (the name of our office in Gothenburg). Us being a tech company, recruiting tech talents is essential. We are always wisely searching for those talents who embrace core Java, JavaScript, React, and at times those who thrive on Kubernetes, AWS etc.
You will have sole responsibility for your recruitment processes where you generate great candidate experience with transparent communication and quick feedback. To your assistance you will have researchers who focus on being detectives, but at times you will step in as well. We are a non-hierarchical company and one of our core values is "Playing to win" so when needed we play the position that is required.
Organize multiple recruitment processes from start to finish
Create tech ads and posting on our different channels
Identify, engage, screen and interview candidates
Administer and provide feedback on screening tests
Enable swift and high-quality recruitment processes for the business as well as the candidates.
The team
You will work closely together with a growing team of recruitment specialists and have close collaboration with the HR team. As part of the Swedish organization you will have awesome colleagues (yes, this is confirmed by others). We are a team of 9 members and we share a fun and stimulating environment where no two days are the same.
The team belongs to the HR department with colleagues in Greece, India and Canada. So when we say we have an international team spirit and a dynamic work environment, we really mean it.
Your profile
The must-haves:
At least 3 years of recruitment/search experience
Understanding and interest in the Swedish tech scene and a strong interest to learn more
Organized and communicative as this is a role that collaborates with many stakeholders
Fluent in English (conversational Swedish is considered a bonus)
Independent and a "can do"-attitude when things get a bit tough (but we promise you, we are all in this together).
We would be really happy if you have:
Experience of IT-recruitment
Experience of using assessment tools.
