We've just hit a growth spurt and are on the lookout for a Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team of curious, growth minded and all around nice people.
About the role
You will team up with our Product team and help with all roles related to tech, mainly focusing on developers within Golang. Your day-to-day tasks include sourcing talent on a global scale and coordinating the recruitment process, from first contact to signed offer.
Things you'll be responsible for
• Talent sourcing on a global scale
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Keep up to date on everything related to tech trends and the best markets to target
• Nurturing and prospecting potential candidates
Things you are really good at
• Headhunting and sourcing the right talent
• Updated on the latest sourcing tools and strategies. Maybe you can even introduce us to tools that we've never heard of.
• Understanding people's needs and matching them against the right opportunity
• You have a great technical understanding and you enjoy the technical aspects.
• Maybe you've done some coding in your past, or you're really curious how everything works and you're no stranger to doing your own research.
And you are definitely
• You're truly invested in the tech scene, and understand their expectations and lingo
• You're open to new working ways and are not afraid to question current structures and ways of doing things
• Fluent in English
