hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos EQT AB i Stockholm The EQT Global Tech Support & Operations team currently consists of twenty five team members in Stockholm, New York, Munich, Amsterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Luxembourg and London.
We are now looking for a full-time Senior Tech Operations Engineer to join the global team. The EQT Tech environment is almost entirely in the cloud with modern end-user tools such as G-Suite, Slack, Dropbox, Salesforce, Zoom, Okta and Zendesk.

What you'll do
Identify business needs and areas for improvement and then execute on approved changes
Develop and refine our user and device infrastructure with an eye towards security and scalability
Prioritize and manage several open projects
Improve the everyday experience of Tech by friction fighting for all our employees
Improve internal efficiency and user experience by constantly questioning the ways of working and chosen end user Tech solutions
Spread, create and iterate on best practices
Act as a second line of defense for our users by providing knowledge and writing technical documentation that can be shared within our team and available for reference for the users.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in a technical role
Experience problem-solving technologically complex issues
Experience with building Tech cloud based infrastructure and other projects such as office relocations and expansions
True service minded always ready to go the extra mile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users
