As our quest to democratise financial services continues at blazing speed, our Money Alliance is looking for an inspiring Tech Manager to lead a group of talented People driven by a shared desire to develop hassle-free solutions enabling millions of Small Businesses to thrive.

As our business grows, so does our Tech Organisation. To make the magic happen, our Tech Managers play a fundamental role in showing the way forward while making sure our People are having fun working together toward a common vision and challenge the ordinary.
In this role, you will be in charge of a cross-functional Team part of our Money Alliance and busy creating the best payments experience for merchants and their customers Globally. Therefore, some of the challenges they address on a day-to-day basis range from infrastructure for payments flow, cryptography, and certifications.

As a member of our Tech Management Chapter, you will cooperate with a wide variety of Zettlers making seller's everyday experience astonishing while inspiring your Teams to unleash their full potential and keep innovativeness flowing.
In this context, your mission will notably consist in co-setting the vision as well as the direction for your Product Area with your fellow Product & Design Leads. In the same spirit, you'll take part in similar discussions on the broader Product Organisation level.
With this in view, you'll get the chance to make an impact in the following areas:
People Management
Fostering People's talent and encourage career growth via meaningful dialogues on performance and development;
Keeping track of staffing while ensuring that we have the right people with the right responsibilities in the right place at the right time.
Organisation
Communicating the vision and direction across your Teams while nurturing a collaborative environment based on mutual support and trust;
Offering the guidance, support and tools needed for our People to take initiatives, experiment, and perform at their best while having fun at all times;
Developing a healthy, self-organised engineering culture in harmony with our values including our Team's work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Operations
Providing clarity on goals and expected outcomes for the Teams and facilitate understanding, measuring and celebrating those achievements along the way;
Driving cross-areas ways of working, encouraging improvements and removing impediments the teams cannot resolve themselves.

As a Leader, you have a wide experience in inspiring and managing Software Engineering Teams in an Agile ecosystem, creating results while shaping change. Also, our culture and the people living it being our strongest asset, we are exclusively interested in Managers taking pride in developing and growing People.

Are a strategic and solution-oriented Leader with a deep understanding and know-how on how to get things done the best and smoothest possible way;
Are Tech savvy and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders to show the way to go for them to thrive and excel in our fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment;
Have the ability to zoom in and zoom out: you can focus on details without losing sight of the big picture;
Aim to constantly sharpen your role model skills and embody the behaviours and WoW that motivate your Team to challenge the status quo to turn good into great.
