MFEX - Mutual Funds Exchange is a Swedish fintech company who is the leading actor and a well-established player within fund distribution in over 30 countries. Our company is based on a creative B2B trading platform for automated fund trading which lies on a leading edge compared to our competitors. Like many other Swedish startups, we've managed to penetrate an earlier static market with our modern solution. This has enabled a quick international expansion which has gained further strength with Nordic Capital deciding to invest in MFEX future.
With seven offices around the world, MFEX international expansion is just getting started and that's why we're looking to add new team members to our Stockholm office.
About the role
Right now we're looking for a Tech Lead for our web team. You will have a big responsibility in setting up great agile processes and improving the current web applications by using technologies such as Docker and React. You will be an inspiring mentor for the team to make sure things are moving in the right directions. Together with the team you will work with the design and production of system automated tests and collaborate with other IT members in the refactoring of the platform. Doing all this, you'll be a part of a small scrum team who iterates every three weeks with the fourth week to use for collaborations.

You are used of working in a rapidly changing environment and sees beyond the coding to accomplish what is best for the business and product itself. We believe you have an analytical and creative approach to always reach the best solution to any unfolding problem. You are a true standout colleague who thinks that the best results often comes through great co-operation with your team members. You also probably have:
Strong knowledge in React and DockerKnowledge and experience of agile processesKnowledge within UX is helpful
